Get Your, New, Cheap Ebike with the Cycle To Work Scheme

The Cycle to Work Scheme is a fantastic way to get up to 47% off a new bike and safety equipment, this includes ebikes.  This is available to all employees in the UK and allows you to get your new electric bike at an amazing cheap price.

How Does it Work?

It is a simple and easy process:

1. Your workplace registers with Green Commute Initiative
2. You choose your new ebike and cycle to work package from Moor EBikes.  Your employer can advise on spending limits and repayment periods.
3. Your employer pays for your new, shiny, Moor EBikes electric bike and cycle to work package.
4. You pay your employer back for your ebike through monthly instalments taken through payroll.  Payments are taken from the gross salary figure.
5. There is a 3 month `hire period` of your ebike, after which you will be contacted to discuss and agree ownership options*.

* (although GCI retains ownership of the bike until the end of the `agreed hire and loan options`, in practice it is yours to do as you wish from the initial purchase).

Green Commute Initiative

Moor EBikes have chosen Green Commute Initiative as their chosen partner in the Cycle to Work Scheme.  We have found them to be a fantastic option for those wishing to enter into the scheme.

Green Commute allow repayments to be spread for up to 60 months, although common periods are 12-24 months.  There is also no £1000 limit for when you purchase your electric bike, this is put in place by many other providers.
